When I started my first business, I did everything myself and that meant spinning a lot of plates - from sales to customer service.
Before long, I was working 100+ hour weeks and still not getting everything done. I'd stopped being able to grow my business, because I was so busy running it.
Working late one evening, feeling stressed and disorganized, I realized that things needed to change if I wanted to succeed. I needed some help.
I set about trying to hire an assistant but quickly hit a brick wall - I had absolutely no idea how to find a good one or even how I would afford it.

Our mission is to help you feel less stressed and more organized so that you're able to do more, achieve more and earn more.
Having come to the USA from India, I saw a huge difference between third world countries and the USA. In USA, entrepreneurs and businesses are struggling to get talents to work for them whereas, in India/the Philippines, some of the best talents and engineers have been looking for jobs for several years. I thought of bridging both of them together.
Having built five businesses from the ground up and being an entrepreneur myself, I can absolutely understand how it feels like to manage the time.
I always felt like I was short of time. I wanted to spend more quality time with my family without thinking or worrying about my business.
If you are reading this, you would most probably be an entrepreneur too. So, you can understand that for any business to succeed, it needs some money and a lot of time.
Also, you would probably know the amount of time spent on a business is directly proportional to how fast a business would succeed.
However, if you are like me, you would almost always think you didn’t spend time on your business or you would always wish you would spend more time on business.
I tried to hire people from a few freelancing sites to work on my business, so I can spend more time with my family. To put it mildly, I literally paid someone to bring more problems than solutions.
Let me be fair here, I am not talking about all of them. I am only talking about the people I have hired on freelancing sites.
Later I found I could resonate with most of the entrepreneurs on the above problems.
I started hunting for best minds with a passion to work. It was not easy. People say it is tough to land in a good job, I would say, it is even tougher to hire talented people with a passion to work.
After spending several months, I found a few people to work on my business. What a relief! I could sleep well with my business in their hands.
Since most of the entrepreneurs are struggling with the same problems, I thought of helping other entrepreneurs running their businesses or taking care of making an appointment with their doctor or fixing an issue with their websites or anything that can be done with a computer and phone.
Viipper evolved. Ever since I started this business, I have been getting great feedback from our clients.
I am so particular about hiring top talented people to work on our clients businesses. Because I strongly believe, word-of-mouth is one of the best marketing tools. We always aim to exceed our clients expectation.
I could still sense the freedom and peace of mind when I hired the right people to work on my business. Though I spent a ton of time to look for them, now I can say, it is well worth it.
As the Bible says in Proverbs 14:23, All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty, as long as your business is being worked on, it will grow whether you sense it or not.
